​Registration for the 2026 Spring season is open!

1. Eden Prairie Ultimate Registration

Email [email protected] to request a copy of the Eden Prairie Ultimate Registration packet. Email the forms back or bring completed forms to practice.

2. Minnesota Ultimate Registration

In addition to registering through Eden Prairie, all players must be registered through Minnesota Ultimate.​ This includes a $60 registration fee. 

3. Payment of Team Dues

Season dues are $350 per player. Bring a check made out to "Eden Prairie Ultimate" to practice OR send payment via Paypal to [email protected]. Scholarships are available! Reach out to [email protected] to request a scholarship. 

4. Order Your Jerseys

Jerseys are ordered via an online store. Players will be able to chose their jersey size, fit and number preference. You will pay for your jersey via credit card on this site.

5. Get Your Disc

Once you've registered and paid the registration fee, pick up your free black or red Eagles Ultimate disc at practice and start practicing!
