Expectations for All Eden Prairie Ultimate Players
- Act on behalf of the sport of Ultimate, Eden Prairie Schools, Eden Prairie Ultimate, and the Spirit of the Game
- Inform coaches by e-mail or GroupMe at least 48 hours in advance if you are unable to attend a practice or tournament
- Arrive at practices and games on time and be prepared to play with cleats, water, light and dark jerseys, and any other required athletic gear
- Exhibit tolerance and respect for all players, coaches, opponents, and spectators both in person and via social media.
- Follow all behavior guidelines as set by MN Youth Ultimate, Eden Prairie Schools, Eden Prairie Ultimate, coaches, parents, and tournament hosts
Teams
Eden Prairie High School will host one mixed gender Ultimate team for the 2024 Spring season. We will compete in the boys division. We welcome new players up until the season starts. No players will be cut from the program.
Practices
Winter Practice (Indoors)
Eden Prairie High School Activity Center (see below for maps and directions). These practices consist of both conditioning and disc throwing. Typically Sunday nights 7:00 - 9:00pm, December - March.
Spring Practice (Outdoors)
Eden Prairie High School Soccer Fields on the northeast side of the high school near Eden Prairie Road (see below for details). Practices are Mondays and Tuesdays from 6:00 - 8:00pm. Games are Thursdays at 6:00pm.

League Games
Thursdays at 6:00pm
(Players are expected to arrive for games by 5:15pm)

Minnesota Ultimate High School League
Our teams play in the Minnesota Ultimate High School League. Additional information, including teams, schedules and official standings, can be found by visiting the Eden Prairie Ultimate Team page on the MN Ultimate web site.
Playing Field Location for Home Games and Outdoor Practices
EPHS Ultimate home games and outdoor practices are held on the Eden Prairie High School soccer fields northeast of the high school, near Eden Prairie Road. Turn west off of Eden Prairie Road onto the high school access road (W 72nd St). There is a parking lot immediately on your right. Fields are located next to the parking lot.

Tournaments
The EPHS ultimate teams participate in a number of tournaments during the season, culminating in the MN State Championships. Tournaments are generally weekend-long events consisting of pool play on Saturday and bracket play on Sunday. Teams will have numerous games on both days, often back-to-back. Spectators are encouraged to come watch and cheer on the Eagles.
